PUT 1.5 CUPS OF WATER FOR EVERY FULL CUP OF PARBOILED RICE, 2 CUPS OF WATER IF YOURE USING WHITE RICE
PUT YOUR SPICES AND SALT IN NOW
LET IT COOK WITH THE LID ON UNTIL THE WATER IS GONE, CHECK OFTEN
PUT YOUR CHOPPED PARSLEY IN RIGHT BEFORE SERVING
I SERVE IT EITHER WITH A MEAT SAUCE OR WITH BLACK BEANS AND MEAT OF ANY KIND, FRIED CHICKEN, GRILLED SAUSAGES, STEAK, ALL WORK WELL
